Directors Present: Kim Doermann, Mary Hanson, Elaine Clements, Denise Lutz, Jennifer Savory, Mark Fox, Zhiahi Liu, Dorothy Ogilvy-Lee
Others Present: Ami Pape (the association's attorney), Ron Crandell (SFMC)
- Executive Session with Ami Pape
- Election of Officers
- President - M. Fox.
- Vice President - J. Savory.
- Secretary - D. Lutz.
- Treasurer - will be appointed at the next meeting.
A motion was made, seconded, and carried to appoint D. Magnet to a position of Director on the Board of Directors.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10.
