WHEREAS, Article IV, Section 1 of the Bylaws provides that the affairs of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, Article VII, Section 1(c) of the Bylaws provides that the Board of Directors shall exercise for the Association all powers, duties and authority vested in or delegated to the Association and not reserved to the membership by the Bylaws, the Articles of Incorporation, or the Declaration; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it advisable to change the name of the Architectural Control Committee to the Architectural Review Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors duly adopts the name of Architectural Review Committee in place of the Architectural Control Committee, effective January 14, 1993.
